Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Please email us at support@hazelandbo.com, if you would like to return any items. 

Do not send your items back to the manufacturer or the sender address on the package you received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our return address in QC, Canada.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning from the USA, please do not use UPS/Fedex as they will charge a very high brokerage fee, which we cannot accept. Please use USPS instead. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund. 

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Shipping Addresses

The customer is responsible for entering the complete and correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided during checkout the order is not eligible for a refund. Orders returned to sender may be reshipped to the corrected address for a fee (fee depends on order value) or you may receive store credit for the value of your order minus a 20% restocking fee. 

Shipping charges for orders shipped and returned to sender due to an incorrect address are not refundable. 

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete address and delivered or disposed of by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. Reshipments of these orders will be subject to a 50% reshipping fee. 

We are happy to also ship to PO Boxes as well as APO and FPO addresses. 

If you made a mistake during checkout, please email us as soon as possible at support@hazelandbo.com and we will do our best to correct the shipping address before the package ships. 

Holiday/Themed Items

Items that are holiday themed (e.g. Christmas, Thanksgiving), but did not arrive before the holiday, are entitled to store credit of the amount paid for the item(s). 

Order Cancellation 

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@hazelandbo.com. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to cancel it.

If your order has already left the warehouse, we can no longer cancel it and you may return or exchange any items you do not wish to keep after you receive them in order to receive a full refund. Tracking may have not updated yet as packages leave the warehouse and are scanned by the shipping carriers for first tracking updates. 

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event, that you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@hazelandbo.com including pictures of the damage and our team will make sure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved for refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for this payment to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within above timeframe, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hazelandbo.com.

Exchanges

In the unfortunate event that you need to exchange an item please send us an email at support@hazelandbo.com.
